In the machine learning development process, complex business logic exists with many third-party package dependencies. Data Lake Compute (DLC) supports users' upload of Custom Images to achieve more scenario coverage. This document describes how users upload Custom Images and related features.
Note:
DLC Custom Image is based on Tencent Container Registry (TCR) mirror service. You need to enable TCR before you can perform custom image package building.

Enabling TCR Service Policy

Before using a custom image, you need to enable Tencent Container Registry (TCR) service.
1. Activation entrance: Log in to Tencent Container Registry to enable it.

Building and Using Custom Image Package

Note:
The custom image package you build must be based on the DLC built-in image package and add custom dependencies. For relevant information about built-in image packages as well as the method for obtaining them, refer to Built-in Image Information for Machine Learning Resource Groups.
1. Enter the Image Repository page of Tencent Container Registry (TCR) and click Create.
2. Build an image. For details, see Building images.
3. After the build is done, go to the DLC console standard engine page, select engine creation for the machine learning resource group and use a custom image package.
