Marketing Automation (MA) is the core product of Tencent Marketing Cloud (TMC) that provides enterprises with full-chain marketing automation capabilities. MA helps enterprises close the loop of data collection, customer management, customer engagement, and automated operations. It supports core features such as multi-channel bulk messaging, automated marketing flow orchestration, and rule-based group creation, empowering enterprises to achieve precise outreach and efficient conversion. This document helps you fully understand the billing methods, purchase process, renewal rules, and overdue payment handling of MA, so that you can make informed purchasing decisions.
Attention:
The product supports the SaaS subscription billing method and covers multiple product editions from Basic to Ultimate, meeting the business needs of enterprises of different sizes.
After the expiration time, product-related services will be stopped. To continue using the product, you need to renew it.
Each edition has explicit limits on the cumulative number of customers and the concurrent processing capacity of marketing tasks.
Add-on expansion packs can be purchased only after the main edition is purchased, and their validity period is the same as the subscription validity period of the main edition.
Billing Mode
A SaaS subscription refers to an annual subscription to the MA software as a service deployed on Tencent Cloud. After a one-time upfront payment of the annual fee, users have the usage rights of the corresponding edition during the subscription period.
