Basic Requirements for Role-based Onboarding

Reseller onboarding: Resellers need to complete Enterprise Identity Verification and Qualification Review.
Second-Level reseller onboarding: Second-Level resellers need to complete Enterprise Identity Verification.
End customer onboarding:
Block condition: An end customer who is not a group member, with account not in arrears and not a sub-account, has not joined or created a shared unit, has no service suspension confirmation privilege and other in-progress distributor binding processes and has not become another reseller's end customer.
Verification rule: Direct sales customer onboarding requires internal approval before binding.

How to modify onboarding review materials?

1. Resellers already onboarded are not allowed to modify identity information. You can modify identity information for an end customer in the console.
2. If you need to modify bank information, qualification information, or other materials, contact your sales manager to send an email for modification.

Can the onboarding review be withdrawn?

No.

Contract Signing after Approval

After approval, the console will automatically push the contract for signing.

Can a second-level reseller be upgraded to a distributor?

Not supported.

How does an end customer of a distributor become a second-level reseller?

1. The end customer first need to unbind from the distributor to become a direct customer on the official website.
Note:
Currently online unbinding is not supported. If needed, please contact the sales team to perform offline unbinding.
2. For specific operations of sending second-level reseller invitation links to customers, see Invite and Review Resellers.
3. Customers click the invitation link, fill in and submit relevant information to distributors for review. For specific operations, see Register as A Second-Level Reseller as An Invitee.
4. After distributors' approval, customers can become second-level resellers.
