Developer Guide

Tencent Healthcare Data Services (THDS) is a standardized healthcare data processing technology service provided by Tencent Cloud. It is an interface solution built on the international healthcare data exchange standard FHIR. THDS provides capabilities for the structured construction, management, and cross-institution exchange of Electronic Health Records (EHRs). It enables authorized users to securely access their self-managed health data via APIs.

Tencent Healthcare Data Services

Pay-as-you-go (postpaid): Resources are released after you unsubscribe from Tencent Healthcare Data Services. Because fees are charged based on your actual resource usage during billing, no refund application is involved.

After you unsubscribe from a pay-as-you-go instance, the instance is moved to the Tencent Healthcare Data Services recycle bin and retained for 24 hours, during which it is inaccessible. If you want to restore the instance, you can 

If a suspected abnormal/malicious unsubscribe attempt is detected, Tencent Cloud reserves the right to reject your unsubscribe request.
