Prerequisite

CFW supports enterprise-verified users in applying for a trial.
If you are currently a personally verified user, go to the Account Information page to upgrade to an enterprise-verified user. After the upgrade is successful, you can apply for a trial. For details, see the Enterprise Identity Verification.

Applying for a Trial

Enterprise-verified users can go directly to the CFW console to apply for a CFW trial. To apply for a trial of the Network Detection and Response (NDR) feature, submit a ticket.
Note:
The trial period is 7 days by default, and each user can apply for a trial only once.
During the trial period, the system is not automatically renewed. After expiration, protection will stop running. Monitor the trial expiration time and purchase formal product resources as needed to avoid affecting business continuity. To maintain protection, go to the CFW purchase page before the trial expires to complete a formal purchase.

Protection stops, and the console goes to read-only state.
3 days after the trial expires
The system reclaims all CFW resources and deletes configuration information, which is irreversible.
Attention:
Configuration information will be cleared and cannot be recovered 3 days after the trial expires. At that time, you must purchase the product again and reconfigure it. To retain your existing configuration, complete a formal purchase before the trial expires.
