Introduction
The login methods supported by Tencent Cloud accounts include email login, Google account login, Passkey login and WeChat account login. This document describes how to log in to Tencent Cloud after signing up for an account.
Note:
All the Tencent Cloud accounts mentioned herein are root accounts. If you want to log in to Tencent Cloud with a sub-account, please do so as instructed in CAM > Logging in as a Sub-User. Directions
Logging in with an Email Address
1. Go to Tencent Cloud and click Log In in the top-right corner of the homepage. 2. Enter the email address and password set when you signed up for your Tencent Cloud account and click Log In to log in to Tencent Cloud.
3. Select the account you need to log in to and the device type for verification as prompted by the interface.
4. Complete the verification using the corresponding device.
Logging in with a Google Account
1. Go to Tencent Cloud and click Log In in the top-right corner of the homepage. 2. Select Log in with Google .
3. Log in to your Google account using your email address or phone number.
4. Select the account you need to log in to and the device type for verification as prompted by the interface.
5. Complete the verification using the corresponding device.
Logging in with Passkey
1. Go to Tencent Cloud and click Log In in the top-right corner of the homepage. 2. Select Log in with Passkey.
3. Select the account you need to log in to and the device type for verification as prompted by the interface.
4. Complete the verification using the corresponding device.
Note:
Accounts that have created a passkey through the console can log in with Passkey. If your account has not created one, refer to Create an Passkey. Passkey account information consists of the account name (account ID) set during creation and the binding relationship stored locally. It does not update automatically when the console nickname changes. We recommend that you unify your nicknames before you create or update a passkey to facilitate better multi-account management.
Logging in with WeChat
1. Go to Tencent Cloud and click Log In in the top-right corner of the page. Then, select Log in with WeChat in the login pop-up window. 2. After Log in with WeChat is selected, the system will display a WeChat QR code. Scan the QR code with your mobile WeChat app and confirm the authorization.
3. If your WeChat is currently associated with multiple Tencent Cloud accounts, the system will display an account selection list after you scan the QR code. Then, select the account you need to log in to and the device type for verification as prompted by the interface.
4. Complete the verification using the corresponding device.
Note:
Before logging in with WeChat, ensure your Tencent Cloud account is already linked to WeChat. If not, you can scan the WeChat QR code and choose to link an existing account. After you log in to the account, it will be automatically linked to WeChat. Alternatively, you can log in to your account via email, Google account, or passkey, then go to Account Center > Account Information to complete the linking. If you directly choose the WeChat sign-up method during registration, WeChat will be automatically linked to your Tencent Cloud account after the account is created. Having Trouble with Login?

Forgot the password.
If you forgot your Google account password, go to the respective platform to reset the password.
Your account has login protection enabled, but the verification device for login protection is unavailable.
