Renewal Overview
Renewal applies to the SaaS subscription model.
Renewal Scenarios
Your SaaS subscription is about to expire. Renew it to maintain service continuity.
Attention:
If you renew after the subscription expires, billing for the renewal starts on the expiration date of the previous subscription period.
Do not replace renewal with a new purchase. Perform renewal operations on the Renewal Management page. Expiration Impact
The system will automatically stop the service on the day after it expires.
Alerting Mechanism
The system sends renewal reminders by email, SMS, and in-site message at 7 days, 3 days, 1 day before expiration, and on the expiration day. Emails are sent to the enterprise administrator mailbox in your product. For SMS, you need to enable the SMS alert feature in enterprise settings and then separately configure SMS alert recipients.
Manual Renewal
2. Click Renew, select the renewal period (yearly or monthly), confirm the cost, and complete the payment.
3. The service is restored immediately after renewal.
Automatic Renewal
We recommend enabling automatic renewal after purchase. The system will automatically deduct the renewal fee from your account balance on the expiration date to prevent service interruption.
To set up: Go to the Billing Center > Renewal Management and enable automatic renewal for existing resources. Deduction time: The fee is automatically deducted between 8:00 and 10:00 on the expiration date.
Renewal period: Each renewal is for 1 year.
Overdue Payment Description
Overdue Payment Scenarios
MA currently supports only the prepaid mode and does not incur overdue payments under normal circumstances. However, if other pay-as-you-go products under your Tencent Cloud account (such as CVM or COS) have overdue payments, the automatic renewal feature of MA will be affected.
Overdue Payment Impact
During overdue payment: MA automatic renewal will fail, and the service will be handled according to the service suspension process after expiration.
In case of overdue payment: You may not be able to purchase additional resources, manually renew, or perform other operations.
Service Suspension Mechanism

Recovery Methods
Go to the Billing Center > Renewal Management, view overdue payment/expiration details, renew expired resources, and the service will be restored automatically after renewal.
