You can log in to the Intelligent Guidance purchase page and select service fee to purchase. After purchase completion, AI resources will be topped up to your platform account within 24 hours. |

AI Platform Software (Subscription-Based) Fees

Purchase method: Supports the purchase of medical consultation assistant and intelligent guidance assistant. All cloud-based software functions are activated on an institutional basis.
After purchase and activation, it can be used on the cloud within the valid period.
After purchase completion, you can view the activated software features of the current organization in platform management.

Arrears, Renewal and Refund Instructions
Arrears Payments
Arrears alert: When the validity period of the enabled medical QA assistant or Intelligent Guidance assistant for a platform account is not sufficient, the system will send an arrear reminder notification to the business platform and management platform.
Service suspension policy: To minimize the impact of arrears on business, the service will be disabled 24 hours after arrear occur. At that time, users cannot access the patient end, while the management console can still view historical data.
Restoration policy: When the account is topped up with sufficient resources, the arrears will be first deducted. If resources are sufficient, the software functions will be restored automatically.
Renewal Instructions
With the prepaid model, users can renew the original order or place a new order on the official website and then contact sales after using up the resources. Refund Instructions
This product uses the prepaid model. The software License is topped up after purchase, and refund is not supported.
