Manually unbind RASP authorization. Execute synchronously and return results directly. Only unbind RASP authorization (category=1), with no unbinding frequency limit. In single order mode, appid can locate the order without the need to pass ResourceId.
A maximum of 20 requests can be initiated per second for this API.
