Domain name for API request: csip.intl.tencentcloudapi.com.
Bind RASP or Flagship Edition Authorization to a specified order. Execute asynchronously and return TaskId to query progress. LicenseType=rasp binds RASP, LicenseType=enterprise_hp binds flagship host authorization. AssetType is case-sensitive for host/container node/EKS.
A maximum of 20 requests can be initiated per second for this API.

| InstanceIDs.N | No | Array of String | List of instance IDs to be bound (optional when IsAll=true) |
| IsAll | No | Boolean | Whether to bind all unbound machines (when true, the difference is automatically calculated) |
