Management Feature Pricing
Attention:
Effective September 30, 2021, the list price for object Tags has been reduced.
The price for public cloud services in the Chinese mainland region is reduced to USD 0.00025817 per 10,000 Tags per day, and the price for Hong Kong (China) and overseas regions is reduced to USD 0.0003098 per 10,000 Tags per day.
This price will take effect in the bill dated October 1, 2021 (that is, the bill for September 30, 2021).
Specific prices are subject to the real-time list prices published by the Tencent Cloud Pricing Center. Please go to the Product Pricing Center to view the latest unit prices and cost estimates. Details are as follows: Resource package Pricing: Not applicable (the management feature does not support resource package deduction).
Billing Examples

The prices mentioned in the following examples are for reference only. For actual prices, see the COS Product Pricing. Case 1: STANDARD Storage Usage Fees + Tag Fees + Request Fees
Assume that User A uploaded 10 GB of STANDARD data to a COS bucket in the Guangzhou region on November 1, 2020, batch added Tags to 100,000 objects on the same day, and generated 100,000 requests. No other operations were performed during the remaining time. Fees incurred on the previous day are settled daily. Then:
STANDARD storage usage fees: settled daily starting from November 2, 2020.
Request fee: settled on November 2, 2020.
Object Tag fee: settled on November 2, 2020.
The fee analysis is as follows:
STANDARD storage usage fees = 0.024 USD/GB/month / 30 * 10 GB * 30 days = 0.24 USD
STANDARD request fee = 0.002 USD / 10,000 requests x 100,000 requests = 0.02 USD.
The Object Tag fee = USD 0.00025817 per 10,000 Tags per day x 30 days x 100,000 objects = USD 0.077451.
Based on the analysis above, the total bill for user A in November is (0.24 + 0.02 + 0.077451) USD = 0.337451 USD.
Case 2: STANDARD Storage Usage Fees + Search Feature Fees + Request Fees
Assume that User A uploaded a 10 GB STANDARD data object to a COS bucket in the Guangzhou region on November 1, 2020, searched this data on the same day, generating 5 GB of search traffic and 100,000 requests. No other operations were performed during the remaining time. Fees incurred on the previous day are settled daily. Then:
STANDARD storage usage fees: settled daily starting from November 2, 2020.
Request fee: settled on November 2, 2020.
Search feature fee: settled on November 2, 2020.
The fee analysis is as follows:
STANDARD storage usage fees = 0.024 USD/GB/month / 30 * 10 GB * 30 days = 0.24 USD
STANDARD request fee = 0.002 USD / 10,000 requests x 100,000 requests = 0.02 USD
Search feature fee = 0.0018 USD/GB x 5 GB = 0.009 USD
Based on the analysis above, the total bill for user A in November is (0.24 + 0.02 + 0.009) USD = 0.269 USD.
