Querying primary and standby switch logs
TencentDB for SQL Server supports recording the primary/replica switch logs of instances. Through the records, you can understand the detailed time and method of the primary/replica switch, determine whether the switch was successful, and optimize the primary/replica switch policy.
This article describes how to query the primary/replica switch logs.
Operation Steps
1. Log in to the SQL Server console.
2. Select the region above, find the instance for which you need to query the primary/replica switch logs, click Instance ID or in its Operation column click Manage, to go to the instance management page.
3. On the instance management page, choose Operation Log > Primary/Replica Switch Log to view the primary/replica switch log list.
The supported fields include: Switch Event ID, Switch Start Time, Switch End Time, Switch Method (System Automatic Switch, Manual Switch).
Supports searching and filtering logs by time.
