Applicable to the enterprise edition WeData, SCS is a stream data aggregation and computing service in the cloud, providing fully managed cloud services. You don't need to care about infrastructure OPS and can easily connect to cloud data sources for a complete set of supporting facilities.

1. log in to  SCS Console . Select  Computing Resources  from the left menu bar of the console.
2. In the upper left corner of the page, select the region, then click Create Cluster to create a dedicated cluster.
