What plans does DNSPod offer?

There are currently 4 plans: Free and Professional plans for individual users and Enterprise and Ultimate plans for organizational users.
For more information, please see DNS Plans.

How is SMS verification charged?

DNSPod doesn't charge you for SMS verification, and you only need to pay the SMS fees charged by the ISP.

How can I switch from Enterprise/Ultimate plan to Professional plan?

Switching from Enterprise/Ultimate plan to Professional plan is defined as a downgrade operation.
Note:
Please be sure to start the downgrade operation at least 3 days before the plan expires.
1. Go to your domain registrar and change the DNS address to ns3.dnsv2.com/ns4.dnsv2.com.
2. After 72 hours (3 days) of the change, please submit a ticket to contact technical support for switching to the Professional plan.

My paid DNS service has expired, but why isn't it switched to free DNS service?

After the paid service expires, the system will automatically extend its validity period for 3 days to avoid the situation where the domain becomes inaccessible as the system downgrades your DNS plan.
3 days after the paid service expires, the system will automatically downgrade the DNS plan to Free plan.

Will a domain in the paid plan be resolved normally if it is switched to a free DNS server?

It will resolve normally, provided that the DNS address of the domain is changed to the Free plan address f1g1ns1.DNSPod.net or f1g1ns2.DNSPod.net at least 3 days before the paid service expires.

The paid service will expire in 30 days. Will it be automatically switched to the free service or suspended after it expires?

After the paid service expires, the system will automatically downgrade the DNS plan to Free plan. Please be sure to change the DNS address to the free DNS address at least 3 days before the expiration.
