Prepaid plan

Service suspension policy

If your prepaid plan for Tencent Cloud Super App as a Service (TCSAS) has expired and you fail to renew it within 7 days after expiration, the service will be suspended. In this situation, you will be unable to use any features of the service except for administrator account and storage configuration. The service will be reactivated once you complete the renewal.
Note:
During the service suspension period, you can renew it through Renewal Management module in the console. If the suspension exceeds 90 days, the system will reclaim resources and terminate the data.

Service suspension impact

Service unavailability

During the service suspension period, in addition to the console and IDE being unavailable, mini programs and mini games released using TCSAS will not be searchable or accessible via QR code scanning. To ensure uninterrupted use of the service, please keep an eye on the status of your prepaid plan and account balance, and promptly renew or top up as needed.

Resource termination

If the suspension period exceeds 90 days, the system will reclaim resources and permanently delete the data. This action is irreversible.

Account suspension due to overdue payments

When using TCSAS, you may incur postpaid charges if your Monthly Active Users (MAUs) exceed the free quota or if you make other paid API calls. The postpaid bill for the month will be sent to your account between the 1st and 3rd day of the following month. If, at this time, the available balance in your Tencent Cloud account is insufficient to cover the bill or becomes negative, your account will be in overdue status.
If your Tencent Cloud account remains in overdue status 24 hours after the bill is sent, your postpaid services will be suspended. After suspension, you will only be able to use the free MAU quota without exceeding it, and paid APIs will no longer be available.
Note:
If postpaid charges are incurred during the suspension month, the bill issued in the following month will still include charges for the excess usage beyond the free quota that occurred during the suspension month.
If your Tencent Cloud account is suspended due to overdue payments from other cloud services, it will also restrict MAU overages and paid API usage. Please review your account balance regularly and top up as needed.
