Overview

A Cloud Dedicated Zone (CDZ) is an availability zone deployed in a customer's designated data center with exclusive access to all resources.
The Cloud Dedicated Zone APIs introduced in this chapter comply with the latest OpenAPI 3.0 specification.
You can call the API to operate the Cloud Dedicated Zone, such as querying the availability zone resource water level overview.

Usage limits
The interface provided by this product is only available to users with an activated Cloud Dedicated Zone (CDZ). Regular users are unable to call this API to retrieve data.

Getting Started with APIs

You can use the API Explorer tool to call APIs online.
This document uses viewing CDZ resource utilization as an example. The steps for making an API call via the API Explorer Tool are as follows:

  1. Go to the API Explorer tool page. For more information about API Explorer tool usage, see Using API Explorer.
    Call the DescribeCloudDedicatedZoneResourceSummary API under the cloud Dedicated Zone product, select the region where the AZ is located, and fill in the CDZ ID to query the resource utilization overview of the CDZ.
