Cloud firewall resources will be destroyed 14 days after expiration (for details, please refer to the Cloud Firewall Overdue Payment Instructions - Purchase Guide - Documentation Center - Tencent Cloud). To ensure the service operates smoothly and normally, it is important for you to pay attention to the expiration date of the cloud firewall package and renew it before it expires. We recommend setting the cloud firewall to automatically renew upon expiration. Alternatively, you can manually renew the resources on the Cloud Firewall Renewal page.
Note
During the product arrears period (i.e., within 14 days after the product expires and before the system recovers resources), the Cloud Firewall will not charge for retaining resources. If you renew during the product arrears period, your package's available duration will be calculated from the product's expiration time, rather than from the time you renew. If you wish to recalculate the available duration of the package, please destroy the resources and repurchase the Cloud Firewall package.
