Does CFW Support Configuration Changes?
CFW supports upgrading your purchased configuration through scaling out, but does not currently support downgrading the configuration of a purchased edition on your own.
Can CFW Be Renewed After Expiration? Will Resources Be Reclaimed by the System After Expiration?
The CFW service period can only be selected at the time of purchase. After expiration, the service is automatically stopped. If you need to continue using it, you can purchase it again, and this will not affect your business.
If you renew within 14 days after product expiration, your configuration information can be restored.
Fourteen days after product expiration, the system reclaims all CFW resources, which cannot be restored. You can only purchase a new one and configure it again.
How Many CFW Instances Can One Account Purchase?
An account can purchase only one CFW instance. CFW currently offers three paid editions: Premium Edition, Enterprise Edition, and Ultimate Edition.
