Overview

The BH supports alarm configuration. When alarm conditions are met, the system pushes risk alarm notifications based on your alarm-related settings.

Directions

1. Log in to the BH console.
2. In the left sidebar, choose System Settings > Alarm Settings.
3. On the Alarm Settings page, select the risk items for which alarms need to be enabled and configure the alarm settings.
Configuration Item
Description
Alarm aggregation switch
Enabled by default.
When it is enabled, if the number of alarms of the same type exceeds the configured real-time alarm threshold, the alarms will be aggregated.
Number of real-time alarms
Default is 3, with a selectable range of 1-60.
Alarm time
The default setting is 24-hour alarms.
You can select a specific time period for alarms.
Alarm switch
Disabled by default.
When it is enabled, alarms are triggered if alarm conditions are met.
Note
Changes to the number of real-time alarms will take effect in the next cycle.
Ensure that the product messages are subscribed to Message Center - Subscription Management and the receiving mode, channels, and recipients are properly configured. Otherwise, messages cannot be received. Click to go to settings .
