Note:
If you are a customer of a Tencent Cloud partner, the rules regarding resources when there are overdue payments are subject to the agreement between you and the partner.
From seven days before your resource expires until it is released, the system will send alerts to your Tencent Cloud account creator and collaborators as configured in message subscription by email and SMS.
Billing Mode
Isolation and Release Policy
Pay-as-you-go
If your Tencent Cloud account has overdue payments for two hours, all postpaid resources under your account will be isolated and become unavailable; after 24 hours of isolation, the resources and data will be released and deleted, and the deleted data cannot be recovered.
Monthly subscription
1. The system will send renewal notifications 7 days prior to your cluster's expiration date. If auto-renewal is enabled and your account balance is sufficient, the system will automatically renew the service on the expiration date.
2. If renewal is not completed before or on the expiration date, the system will suspend service access within 24 hours post-expiration (cluster becomes inaccessible, but data is retained).
3. From the suspension date up to 7 days after suspension, you may still renew the cluster to restore access. The new billing cycle for reactivated instances will commence from the previous expiration date.
4. If renewal is not completed by the 7th day after suspension (inclusive), the system will initiate resource release at 00:00 on the 8th day post-suspension. All data in the expired cluster will be permanently deleted and irrecoverable.
