Prerequisites
Billing Overview
Tencent Cloud RCE includes account protection, marketing protection, transaction protection, and device risk identification. All these services are billed monthly based on a postpaid pricing tier.

Postpaid Billing by Usage
Note:
Postpaid bills for the previous month are settled on the 1st of each month. If your account balance is insufficient to cover the relevant charges, your service will be suspended.

Billing Example
For example, if the API call volume in January is 2 million, the cost is calculated as 0.04 × 2,000,000 = USD 80,000. The postpaid bill for January will be issued at 00:00 on February 1, and the corresponding charges will be deducted directly from your account balance.

Billing Example
For example, if the API call volume in January is 2 million, it is categorized against the postpaid pricing tier table. A portion of the volume falls within the (0, 1,000,000] tier, and another portion falls within the (1,000,000, 2,500,000] tier. The cost is calculated using the Standard Edition cumulative tiered pricing, which is 0.021 × 1,000,000 + 0.017 × 1,000,000 = USD 38,000. The postpaid bill for January will be issued at 00:00 on February 1, and the corresponding charges will be deducted directly from your account balance.
Overdue Payment Instructions
If your account balance is insufficient to cover the relevant charges, your service will be suspended.
Note:
If you are a customer of a Tencent Cloud partner and your account is in arrears, the handling rules for product resources under such circumstances shall follow the agreement stipulated in your contract with the partner.
Refund
The RCE service supports refunds. You can submit a ticket to request a refund. The calculation method for usage package refunds is: Refund Amount = Payment Amount - (Consumed Usage × Unit Price × Applicable Discount).
