Billing Overview

A single license can be bound with one iOS application bundle name (Bundle ID), one Windows package name, and one Android application package name (Package Name). Applications bound with a license will thus be granted corresponding permissions, regardless of the business environment. If there are multiple applications, the required number of licenses must be purchased and bound accordingly.
Once a license is bound, it is not possible to alter the binding information. Please proceed with caution.
Upon the expiration of an SDK license, resources will enter a state of isolation, rendering them inaccessible. Renewal within 7 days will restore access. Failing to renew beyond this 7-day period will result in the destruction of the resources. In this case, if the customers need to reuse the service, they must purchase a new SDK license and complete the entry of binding information.

Billing Example

On May 15, 2024, you purchased a terminal audio (standard edition) SDK license, with monthly billing for a period of three months:
1. The billing period commenced on May 15. If you enter the SDK license binding information on May 20, the license will still expire on August 15.
2. If you initiate a refund on June 20, the refund will only cover the fee for one remaining full month (July 15 - August 15) as the second billing month (June 15 - July 15) has already begun as of June 15.
3. Upon the expiration of the SDK license on August 15, the SDK feature will be inaccessible, and resources will enter a state of isolation. If the customers do not renew by August 21, the resources will be destroyed. In this case, if the customers need to reuse the service, they must purchase a new SDK license and complete the entry of binding information.
