Note:
If you are a customer of a Tencent Cloud partner, the rules regarding resources when there are overdue payments are subject to the agreement between you and the partner.

Account Overdue

When your account is overdue, notifications for service suspension will be sent through email and SMS to your Tencent Cloud account creators and all collaborators on the day of and after expiration.

Service Suspension

Your KMS service will be suspended 24 hours after your account becomes overdue. At this time, your access to KMS will be denied, but your key data will be retained. After the service is suspended, fees will not be incurred by key storage and API calls.

Resource Repossession

Your KMS resources will be released and repossessed by KMS 168 hours (7 days) after your account becomes overdue.
